Not sure what’s involved in Warrior Conditioning? Ready to cross train with weightlifting and total-body workout? Do you love to climb, jump, swing and flip? Are you a fan of American Ninja Warrior? Join us to explore movement in a fun and exciting way!
First-time participants are welcome to try a free class and experience all we have to offer at Flipside Academy of Movement!
Please make sure to wear sneakers and comfortable clothing that you can move in. Sweats, shorts, tshirts are best. Open toed shoes (flipflops, Crocs, sandals, etc.) and bare feet are NOT permitted.
Please bring a full bottle of water with your name on it with you to stay hydrated.
This WAIVER must be signed by a parent/guardian for children under 18 to participate.
If you are registering multiple family members, please use a unique email address for each registrant.
