What is Parkour?
Parkour is one of the fastest growing activities around the world! It’s fun, free-flowing movement. Parkour is a safe and challenging workout for kids and adults alike. Learn to run, jump, climb, push and pull your body over and around obstacles in one of Chicagoland’s only indoor Parkour Gyms. As a parkour participant you will learn how to deal with challenges, overcome fears and set goals. You develop confidence, perseverance and problem-solving. Our goal is to help reinforce these values in and out of the gym.
