Young Warrior Training Program

What is this class?
Does your child want to train like a warrior? This is our most intense training program designed for kids who desire to improve their overall level of fitness, by climbing ropes, running walls, and jumping obstacles, plus learning to execute body weight movement and exercise. The class will be appropriately mentally and physically challenging.
Who can come to this class?
- Boys and girls ages 9+. Exceptions may be made at the recommendation of Coach Paul and the Flipside Staff.
What should I bring/wear?
- This WAIVER (signed by a parent/guardian for children under 18).
- Sneakers that tie (NO bare feet, flip flops, Crocs, boots, etc)
- Comfortable clothing (sweats, tshirt, shorts. No jeans)
- A water bottle with your name on it
When is the class?
Monday and/or Wednesday, 5-6pm
What are my registration options and how much does it cost?
- 1x/week (Monday or Wednesday)- $75
- 2x/week (Monday & Wednesday) – $140
